How do I get rid of an Acne Cyst?

I have this small lump on my chin where I had one more button earlier. He has not left for a few months. I think it is a cyst acne? Any ideas on how to help them go?

The waiting is the hardest part. To me, they seemed to go away simply by using moisturizer (some are some good speed and control marykay con****uously bioRe). Another thing that may help is the Mederma scar gel.
