What are the natural acne treatments that work?

Preferably those who work fast and I can do at home that actually work.

Toothpaste on the buttons usually overnight to dry efficiently. I also tried baking powder mixed with water. For an acne exfoliating scrub, I suggest powder / crushed aspirin. It contains salicylic acid.:)
