Winning Figure Contest Meal Plan

You’ve been probing for the perfect figure compe***ion diet plan that will get you cut.  A quality figure contest diet will consist of 12-16 weeks more or less or prep time.  However, the final 6 weeks of your figure contest diet should be A LOT different then your beginning figure prep diet if you want to be in excellent shape and win your figure compe***ion.

Many times, figure compe***ors diet in correctly.  To start a figure compe***or’s meal plan you need to begin basic by excluding the obvious junk food.  Take in 5-6 small reasonable meals a day containing a complete protein, complex carb, fibrous veggies, and some essential fat.  Make sure you eat these small meals constantly, each day.  Don’t skip meals.  Your figure compe***ion meals need to be eaten like clock work to begin programming your body for fat loss. 

Your figure compe***ion diet will be a little different at 6 weeks out.  When you are 6 weeks out from your figure compe***ion it’s time to buckle down!  At the 6 week mark you should remove dairy from your diet.  When you are 6 weeks out from your figure compe***ion you will be getting noticeably leaner and you want to excel this and removing dairy from your figure compe***ion meal plan will help remove water retention and help give you thin skin. 

Additionally, at 6 weeks out from your figure contest you may need to curtail your carbs a little to help excel fat burning.  Nevertheless, many figure compe***ors make costly mistakes the last 6 weeks and when they lower their carbohydrates they fail to replace those missing calories.  Cutting calories too low will lower the metabolism.  When you decrease your carbohydrates at 6 weeks out in your figure compe***ion meal plan, be sure to ***p up your protein and essential fat a little.  You are going to need the calories for high-powered weight training and cardio sessions.
